Yew Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast is set in stunning countryside in the Ape Dale, between Much Wenlock and Church Stretton where Anthony and Jane Hilbery rear sheep and a few rare breed pigs. There are also chickens and ducks who will provide your breakfast eggs. The World Heritage Site of Ironbridge is nearby, as is the beautiful town of Ludlow with its renowned restaurants and castle. Many events, from the annual arts festival to regular antiques and farmers markets, are held there throughout the year. For hikers, the Long Mynd is easily accessible and there is a host of other splendid walks, ranging from a gentle stroll to serious hill walking. The house is secluded and surrounded by open gardens, framed by two conjoining streams. Guests are welcome to wander, visit the animals and sit out on the sheltered patio. |
